MI vs CSK, IPL 2026: Sanju Samson stars as Mumbai Indians suffered their worst defeat in history
Keeper-batsman Sanju Samson showed his class at the Wankhede Stadium, batting throughout the innings to give the Super Kings a match-winning score of 207/6. While Samson scored 101* off 54 deliveries, reaching his target in the last ball of the innings, none of the other batters could contribute much as they squandered promising starts. Left-arm spinner Akeal Hosein was the pick of the bowlers with impressive figures of 4-0-16-4. Noor Ahmad grabbed two while Mukesh Choudhary, Anshul Kamboj, Jamie Overton and Gurjapneet Singh grabbed one each.
